Caroline J. Fisher

Caroline J Fisher, Ph.D., serves as Principal and Senior Consultant at Culture Solutions Group and has held the role of Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since 2013. With extensive experience as a Senior Consultant and Affiliate at Denison Consulting since 1995, Caroline also contributes as a Guest Presenter at the University of Denver and as a board member for both the Girl Scouts of Colorado and the dZi Foundation, where Caroline is the Chair. Caroline owns and operates Fisher Consulting Group, LLC and Fisher Group Consulting, LLC, both dedicated to addressing culture, leadership, and teamwork challenges for various organizations. Earlier career experience includes Vice President and Consultant roles at ARC International, and as Public Relations Manager for the Town of Vail. Caroline holds a Doctorate in Organizational Management and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, along with additional advanced degrees from The George Washington University and California State University, Fresno.
