Kristina Lazurenko

Kristina Lazurenko, CFA has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Special Projects Manager in Gedon Group until February 2014. In April 2014, they joined GAM as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and later became a Portfolio Manager until December 2017.

In 2018, Lazurenko joined Conviction VC as an Associate, where they played a key role in deal origination, investment strategy, and portfolio management. In November 2019, they became Principal and headed the investment committee until December 2021.

Starting from 2019, Lazurenko served as a Board Observer in companies like Adepto, Hullabalook, and myskillcamp. Kristina joined Tillo in April 2020 as an Investor and Board Observer, contributing to the growth and success of the B2B software platform in the digital gift card market. In the same year from August to December, they took on the role of Investor and Board Observer at Konsentus, a SaaS-enabled RegTech platform.

In 2021, Lazurenko served as a Board Observer at Strise, a position they held until December. In January 2022, they joined CultureAI as the COO, contributing to the development and implementation of their Human Risk Management platform.

Kristina Lazurenko, CFA, has a diverse education history. Kristina obtained their CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2012. Their undergraduate education was at Durham University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from 2008 to 2011. Kristina also attended Charterhouse School from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their A Levels.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina has obtained several certifications. Kristina achieved the CFA Level III certification from the CFA Institute in 2018. In 2014, they earned the IAD (securities) certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and the IMC certification from the CFA Institute.
