Aga Bajer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2017, they founded CultureBrained®, a company that helps build cultures fostering belonging, innovation, and high performance. Aga is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of CultureBrained®. Aga also created and hosts the podcast "CultureLab with Aga Bajer," which aims to demystify organizational culture and make it more accessible.

In 2019, Aga became an Unreasonable CHANGE Mentor at Unreasonable, where they focus on scaling impactful growth-stage companies. Aga Bajer also established their own consulting company, Aga Bajer & Associates - Culture Strategy Consulting, in 2017, where they held the role of Founder and CEO until January 2022.

Prior to these ventures, they worked as a Senior Manager at PwC and as a Manager in Performance Improvement Consulting. Aga also has experience as a Culture and Leadership Consultant at Hay Group and held roles in Division Training and Development Management and Area Sales Management at Avon Cosmetics.

Additionally, Aga Bajer is an accomplished author, having written the book "Building and Sustaining a Coaching Culture," which explores the benefits of creating coaching-based cultures in organizations. Overall, Aga Bajer has a successful and multifaceted career in organizational culture, consulting, and mentorship.

Aga Bajer has a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources from Alba Graduate Business School. Aga also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in TEFL from the University of Lodz. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a Diploma for Professional Coaches from Bluesky International in 2013, a CEG certification from Coach U in 2009, and an Accredited Coach certification from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
