Lauren Fasnacht is a Technology Recruiter at CultureFit. Prior to joining CultureFit, Lauren worked as a Student Assistant Librarian at the University of Iowa. In this role, Lauren helped the on site librarians with the daily functioning of the library, including organizing and shelving books, assisting patrons in finding resources, and developing a work schedule.
In May 2018, Lauren interned with ADM in their Human Resources department. During their time there, Lauren gained valuable experience in the HR field, including learning about recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Lauren is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa, where they earned their degree in Human Resources. Lauren is passionate about helping others find their perfect career fit and is excited to continue doing so as a Technology Recruiter at CultureFit.
Lauren Fasnacht completed a Bachelor's of Art in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa with a minor in Biology. Lauren also completed a Bachelor's degree from Mahidol University in Thailand, where they studied Communication Studies abroad.
They work with Nicki Pollack - Senior Technology Recruiter, Natalie Laird - Technology Recruiter, and Maci Yager - Senior Technology Recruiter. Their manager is Alexis Engel, Director of Recruiting.
