Jonathan Boyle

Jon is a customer centric, design minded, product leader with 10+ years’ experience in product management in various environments from seed stage to publicly traded. Jon is the Senior Director, Product Management for CultureIQ, and leads a team challenged to, “bring the art of our team to the science of software.”

In his CultureIQ role, Jon interfaces with customers, strategists, designers, and developers to shape the future of our digital products. In prior roles, Jon’s teams have driven results for ESPN, Disney, NBCUniversal, Toyota, TransUnion, Cal State & Univ of Texas Systems, and Wayfair.

Jon’s path to product management was organic. Studying for his Bachelor of Science at George Washington University, Jon had his sights set on medicine. As a full-time student, Jon developed his first website for his triathlon coach as a barter. Jon graduated from GW in 2007 and through the guidance of managers and mentors followed his newfound passion for technology.
