Floor Bollee

Floor Bollee is currently the Head of Operations at Fabrique des Lumières, where they oversee the operational aspects of immersive art exhibitions. Previously, they served as Executive Assistant during the startup phase of the venue and have held several key roles in management and design, including Operations Manager at Smart Freight Centre and Interim Office Manager at Roetz-Bikes. Floor has a background in graphic design and sociology, holding degrees from Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht and Universiteit van Amsterdam, respectively. Their enthusiasm for building organizations and natural leadership qualities have consistently motivated teams towards shared goals.
