In the AI era, the best moat is agility. The most agile companies earn roughly 2x the total shareholder returns of the average firm.

CultureX helps firms measurably improve strategic agility, based on 25 years of groundbreaking research from MIT, Harvard, and LBS and work with over 100 companies.

Co-founded by Don Sull (Professor of Practice, MIT Sloan; director of the MIT Strategic Agility Project; four books and ten Harvard Business Review articles) and Charlie Sull (co-author of MIT Sloan Management Review's most-read series in its 67-year history; architect of CultureX's award-winning AI platform), CultureX provides firms with the evidence-based advisory they need to cultivate agility, aided by award-winning, proprietary AI that firms cannot replicate in house.

Check out our Strategic Agility Index: We analyze 4 million+ employee reviews across ~2,000 companies in 48 AI-exposed industries to measure the six organizational drivers of strategic agility.

Recent work includes a 900-firm benchmarking series with The Economist and the most-read article series in the 67-year history of MIT Sloan Management Review. Research also featured in Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times, BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, TIME, Fortune, and Forbes. Clients include Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, HSBC, Capital Group, AB InBev, Micron, and the UN.

In the AI era, the best moat is agility — and we can help you build it.
