Irais Newman

Irais Newman has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Operations Manager at Men's Wearhouse. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Store Manager at Diane's Beachwear, where they successfully elevated the location to #1 in sales for three consecutive months. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Senior Assistant Store Manager at Charming Charlie, where they were responsible for customer service, recruiting and staffing, and other business operations. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Team Leader at Target, where they were responsible for daily operations, meeting daily sales goals, and executing visual merchandising directives. Currently, they are an Executive Recruiter at Culver Careers, where their goal is to locate and place star personnel with a variety of growing companies.

Irais Newman attended Western Michigan University from 2007 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising & Business Management.
