Melissa Altif

Melissa Altif is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at both Joe Jurgielewicz & Son Ltd and Culver Duck Farms, Inc., Melissa has contributed significantly to financial management since February 2021 and January 2023, respectively. Prior to these positions, Melissa held various roles at Readington Farms Inc, including Vice President of Finance and HR, demonstrating a strong background in both finance and human resources from May 2009 to January 2021. Melissa began their career as a Senior Accountant at Herbein + Company, Inc. from January 2003 to April 2009. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1998 and 2002.
