John M. Richardson

John M. Richardson serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Culver's Restaurants since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Congressman Mark W. Neumann and as a Federal Law Clerk for Honorable Wayne R. Andersen. Richardson held various roles at McDonald's Corporation from 2009 to 2018, including Senior Counsel and General Counsel for Latin America. They also worked as an Associate in public finance and corporate law at Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson and McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Currently, Richardson is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, having also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
