Shireen Farr

Shireen Farr has extensive experience in economic development and tourism promotion, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation since 2009. In this role, Shireen is involved in strategic planning, finance, operations, administration, and marketing initiatives for Cumberland County. Previously, Shireen held the position of Director of Tourism and Vice President at the Cumberland Valley Visitors Bureau from 2009 to 2013 and served as Director and Vice President at Volt Information Sciences from 1994 to 2004. Shireen holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach, where studies were completed from 1977 to 1981.
