Dominique Hall

Dominique Hall, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Cumberland County, NC, a position held since October 2022. Over a successful career, Dominique has also been an Adjunct Accounting Instructor at Albany Technical College since March 2010, where responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering instruction, and assisting with program recruitment and retention. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Project Manager for Dougherty County Board of Commissioners, where significant projects included the development of an Employee Self-Service Portal and coordinating the Police Assessment Center. Dominique's career began with a role as Training Coordinator at Easter Seals Southern Georgia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, both obtained from Georgia Southwestern State University.
