Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has a diverse background in finance and grant management. Ryan started their career as a Partner at Garland & Associates, Inc., a community and economic development consulting company, where they assisted companies in applying for grants and incentives and administered federal grants. In 2012, they joined the University of Kentucky as a College Grants Officer, responsible for managing grants. Since 2016, Ryan has been with Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc., initially serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they handled grant management and provided analysis for acquisition opportunities. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at the same company.

From 1992 to 1996, Ryan Smith attended Eastern Kentucky University. Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting during this time.
