Benjamin Harlan

Benjamin Harlan, MBA, LSSGB, is an experienced music instructor, operations manager, and business professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Guitar, Piano, Drums, Ukulele, and Bass Instructor at Cumberland Valley School of Music, Benjamin tailors lessons for students of varying skill levels. In addition, Benjamin is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an esteemed international honor society for graduate business students. As Distribution Operations Manager at Target, Benjamin oversees safety protocols and leads a large team, while previously holding managerial positions at FC Organizational Products LLC, Lowe's Home Improvement, and Sears. Benjamin earned an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Shippensburg University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Purdue University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Valley Forge.
