Donald McCutcheon MInstLM MInstAM has extensive experience in law enforcement and financial services. Currently serving as a Civilian Investigator and Disclosure Officer at Cumbria Constabulary since August 1990, McCutcheon conducts enquiries for police officers and manages case disclosures. Prior to this role, McCutcheon worked as a Financial Advisor at Low Cost Mortgage Shop Carlisle for a brief period in early 1990. Additionally, experience includes a tenure with the Royal Army Ordnance Corps from June 1978 to August 1989 as a Staff Clerk, supporting major Army headquarters in various locations. McCutcheon received general education at Caldew School and pursued further education at Trinity Further Education Centre from 1989 to 2003.
