Derek Hutchison

Derek Hutchison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction and development. Currently serving as CEO and President of Cumming Group since November 2015, Derek previously held the position of Vice President, Construction & Development at Starwood Capital Group from July 2012 to November 2015. Prior to that, Derek was Managing Principal at Cumming Corporation for 13 years and Commercial Manager at Bovis Lend Lease for nearly three years. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
