Samantha Lara, MS-HRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HRIS Analyst at Cumming Group since May 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Tokio Marine HCC from January 2019 to April 2023, progressing from HR Assistant to HR Operations & Transformation Associate, HR Technology Analyst, and Workday Solutions Associate. Samantha began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Intern at Minigrip in 2018, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee onboarding processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University (2015-2018).
