Oliver Balane

Oliver Balane is a Senior Project Controls Manager at Cumming Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Oliver worked as a Project Control Specialist at C. P. O'Halloran Associates Inc. for over a decade. Oliver also served as a Senior Estimator at the same company. Oliver graduated from Mapúa University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
