Robert Segarra, PE, Esq. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Cumming Group since April 2023, Robert leads a team in managing public works projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Previously held significant roles, including Senior Project Manager at Archico Design Build Inc., where oversight of the Design Build and Bid Build Public Works Projects division was key. With a proven track record of increasing profit margins and reducing errors, Robert's experience spans multiple organizations, including Toro Enterprises and McKinstry, where management of substantial projects and teams was integral. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University School of Law.
