Tom Donkin

Tom Donkin has over 14 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, specializing in Owner's Representative and Project Management services across various sectors, including commercial, residential, medical, and infrastructure. They have held positions at AECOM, JLL, and Bovis Lend Lease, culminating in their current role as Senior Vice President at Cumming Group. Tom also serves as the CEO of The Ridgway Group, based in Los Angeles, where they oversee projects ranging from medium to large scale and provide essential services such as cost estimating and loan monitoring. Tom earned a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University.
