Roger Bartlett

Roger Bartlett has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Roger started their career in 1983 as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From 1985 to 1990, they worked as an Independent Contractor/Intern at Foster Engineering. In 1990, they joined Raytheon as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer and Certified Chief Engineer, where they led integrated product teams in various disciplines and served as the Deputy Chief Engineer for IR&D efforts.
