Bob Whitely, M.S., CPTD has over 30 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical skill, safety, and leadership development programs. Bob has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, including Cummings Electrical, Sprouts Farmers Market, SUPERVALU, HEB, Wetterau Incorporated, and The Kroger Company.

At Cummings Electrical, Bob served as the Training Director, leading the design and delivery of training programs for all levels of the organization. Bob identified learning solutions and implemented role-specific training courses.
