Bob Whitely, M.S., CPTD has over 30 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical skill, safety, and leadership development programs. Bob has held various leadership roles in multiple companies, including Cummings Electrical, Sprouts Farmers Market, SUPERVALU, HEB, Wetterau Incorporated, and The Kroger Company.

At Cummings Electrical, Bob served as the Training Director, leading the design and delivery of training programs for all levels of the organization. Bob identified learning solutions and implemented role-specific training courses.

During their time at Sprouts Farmers Market, Bob held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Training and Development, Regional HR Advisor III, and Senior Director of Workforce Development. In these roles, they designed and implemented skill and leadership development programs, led change management efforts, and conducted organizational needs analysis.

At SUPERVALU, Bob served as the Learning and Human Resources Development Leader. Bob supervised the Training Manager and instructional designers, coordinated skill training and leadership development initiatives, and improved business communication effectiveness.

In addition to their formal education, Bob Whitely has also obtained certifications in "Measuring Learning Effectiveness" and "Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
