Bob Heffernan

The second most senior field manager at Cummings, Bob shares in the oversight of its three construction divisions. He also has overall responsibility for the Woburn Core Division. Working closely with many internal departments, he oversees all Core Division team members as well as construction, estate management, and maintenance across its 3 million square feet.

After serving as a summer worker throughout college, Bob joined the grounds crews full-time in 1996. He has since worked in each of the Company’s three divisions on the grounds, carpentry, and electrical teams. Bob is a Massachusetts-licensed journeyman electrician and is certified in asbestos operation and maintenance as well as OSHA 30. He also has a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration.

Bob, who enjoys traveling and watching football, lives in North Reading with his wife, Amanda, and their three children.
