Shannon DePierro

Shannon DePierro has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as a Leasing/Property Manager at Cummings Properties since March 2011, overseeing a portfolio of 10 million square feet of commercial real estate. In addition to this role, Shannon has been a Leasing Professional at Wilson Wolfe Real Estate since March 2022 and previously worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Contract Sales from May 2009 to March 2011. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Care Group, specializing in recruiting and employee relations, and a Human Resources Representative at Solectria, where responsibilities included all aspects of HR for a start-up company. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, having attended Smith College prior to that.
