Cathy Waddell is the Director of Marketing & Business Development for CFS. She has been in a variety of roles since she began her career with Cummins in November 2012. She has quickly ascended the ranks into senior management where she created and implemented Cummins University career training and career advancement programs, launched the marketing department and helped to enhance the CFS brand. She was key in helping CFS attain CIMS certification. After attending Marion Technical College, she had her proudest role as a stay at home mom, followed by running her own in-home daycare for 5 years before starting with CFS.
Cathy also founded Psalm 139 Ministries, where she is a member of the Marion First Church of the Nazarene. Psalm 139 Ministries is an organization that provides prom & homecoming dresses/attire to girls in the Marion and surrounding area that may not have the resources to get a dress on their own. A little known fact about Cathy is that she dabbled in investment real estate and secretly wants her own show on HGTV about flipping houses. Cathy is extremely energetic and is known as the office cheerleader and morale booster.
