Richard Mellor is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Personnel Checks, a successful Safeguarding and DBS Checking company. Richard is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Cummins Mellor Family of Businesses and CJUK. With a background in Hotel Management, Richard has excelled in the recruitment industry, specializing in Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Interim Chefs for Hotels, Restaurants, and Gastro Pubs. Prior to their ventures in recruitment, Richard worked as a General Manager at Dunkenhalgh Hotel and as a Catering Manager at Compass Services. Richard holds a HND in Hotel and Catering Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
