Bowin Manuel

Bowin Manuel holds a comprehensive background in manufacturing and operations management, with significant experience at Cummins Inc. from June 2013 to May 2021. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, Bowin managed and optimized warehouse operations while leading Lean Materials and Functional Excellence initiatives. Previous roles included serving as a New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineer, where Bowin successfully executed design quality reviews and manufacturing strategies for new after-treatment assemblies, as well as leading multiple NPI projects from concept to validation. Bowin started with a Manufacturing Engineer Intern position focused on developing material flow and project schedules. Educationally, Bowin earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business, following a graduate program at Rochester Institute of Technology, where courses included product process design and systems simulation.
