Carol Yang

Carol Yang has extensive experience in leadership roles at Cummins, having served since July 2010 as Director of the Board for Cummins Power Technology Co., Ltd and as General Manager for various segments including Power Generation and China Digital. Prior to this, Carol held several managerial positions within Cummins from April 2007 to March 2010, focusing on business development and channel management. Earlier career experience includes a role as Product Manager at Gao Shi Medical from July 2002 to July 2005. Carol holds a Master of Executive MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Master of International MBA from Peking University, and participated in an exchange program at ESSEC Business School. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Trade & English was obtained from Beijing Institute of Machinery.
