Celeste Lesch

Celeste Lesch currently serves as the Power Systems IT Project Management Leader at Cummins Inc. since November 2021, where Agile SAFe methods are utilized to enhance value delivery in collaboration with business owners. Previously, Celeste held various IT Project Manager roles at Comm-Works from August 2016 to November 2021, leading high-risk projects, managing risk mitigation, and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier in the career, Celeste worked as an Account Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist at Marco, Inc., focusing on managed IT services and digital campaigns, and began with Phoenix Distributing, handling project coordination and marketing initiatives. Celeste earned a B.A. in Communications with a minor in English from Hamline University between 1994 and 1998.
