Christina Jun, MBA, serves as the Director of High Horsepower Master Rebuild Centers at Cummins Inc., overseeing three engine rebuild manufacturing plants and driving significant improvements in manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization. With a proven track record, Christina executed over 70 process improvements, resulting in a 150% increase in weekly production, and delivered substantial savings as the Supply Chain Workstream Transformation Leader by overseeing approximately 250 initiatives. Other leadership roles at Cummins include serving as the Western North America Aftermarket Channel Director and Director of Central Inventory Management & Parts Operations. Additionally, Christina has entrepreneurial experience as a Business Owner and Independent Direct Sales Executive Consultant with Rodan + Fields, as well as previous franchise operations management at JYM Holdings LLC. Christina holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
