They have extensive experience across engineering, IT, quality, and HR, which allows them to support business leaders in leveraging human capital to meet strategic goals. Previously, Christopher held roles including Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Africa HR Operations Excellence Leader at Cummins Inc., where they drove improvements in HR systems and processes. They also owned a Fantastic Sams franchise in Indianapolis and have a background as a Validation Engineer at General Motors.
