David Gong

David Gong is an experienced electrical and electronic engineer with a background in both internship and professional roles. David began as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Praxair in 2013, where responsibilities included checking engineering drawings and collaborating on electrical equipment procurement. Following a comprehensive educational path, including a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and dual Master's degrees from The Ohio State University, David joined Cummins Inc. in 2020. In various roles such as X Platform VPI OBD Cert Specialist and Senior Engineer for EBU Diagnostic Infrastructure, contributions included leading OBD development, managing certification processes, and supporting global certification efforts. Additionally, a prior internship at Nokia Siemens Networks involved optimizing telecommunication assembly processes.
