Eric Marini

Eric Marini serves as the Product Planning and Management Leader at Cummins Inc., where responsibilities include leading the Cummins Marine product management team and developing the long-term product plan. With extensive experience in various roles such as Senior Product Manager and Commercial Product Manager, Eric has overseen global product performance and aftermarket parts strategies. Prior to the current role, Eric held positions including Business Development Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Cummins, Inc., where initiatives included implementing Design for Six Sigma in Brazil and managing project teams. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
