Eric Warren

Eric Warren is a seasoned professional in human resources information systems and consulting, currently serving as the HRIS Director at Cummins Inc. since 2020. Originally starting their career as an Oracle HRMS Consultant at Harvard University from 2000 to 2002, they later held various consulting roles at organizations such as Nordstrom, GE Healthcare, and the International Labour Organization. From 2002 to 2018, they were employed at Warren Consulting Group, Inc. where they specialized in Oracle EBS Payroll, HRMS, and HCM, including roles as a project manager. Eric is also engaged as a Solutions Engineer at Oracle since 2025, further expanding their expertise in HR technologies.
