Prior to this, James worked as a Team Associate at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. and held several sales roles in the powersports industry, including Sales Manager at Seymour Powersports and Sales Representative positions at Dreyer Motorsports and Freedom Communications Inc. James began in the culinary field with roles as a Line Cook and Prep Cook. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a College Prep degree from Seymour High School.
