Jeff Chen

Jeff Chen is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management with a strong background spanning multiple industries and regions. Currently serving as the China CBU and Accelera HSE Leader at 康明斯 since October 2019, Jeff leads HSE operations across 13 manufacturing sites. Prior roles include HSE Management positions at RB, overseeing compliance audits and health and safety standards in East Asia, and at Cummins Inc., managing HSE affairs for 380 sites in China and Russia. Additional experience includes safety and environmental management at Mondelēz International, ABB, and Fujifilm Print. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Saxion University, and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Beijing University of Technology.
