Jiten Kotecha

Jiten Kotecha is a Senior Counsel for Labour & Employment at Cummins Inc., where they provide strategic legal advice across the UK and Europe. Previously, Jiten held the position of Corporate Counsel at Cummins from 2018 to 2022 and worked as an Employment Lawyer at KPMG from 2013 to 2018, advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues and gender pay gap reporting. Jiten began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons and has also served in various other legal roles, gaining extensive experience in managing complex employment law matters. Jiten earned a Law degree with honors from the University of Birmingham and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the College of Law.
