Jody Simms is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. From 2016 to 2022, Jody served as Senior Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Meritor, overseeing multiple HR functions. Prior to that, Jody held various HR positions at Chrysler from 2004 to 2006. Currently, Jody is the Human Resources Director at Cummins Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
