Jonathan Busse

Jonathan Busse currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Transformation Program & Purchasing for Europe at Cummins Inc., commencing in October 2023, where responsibilities include leading purchasing teams and overseeing supply chain transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various leadership positions at Meritor from January 2012 to October 2023, including Director of Europe Truck & Aftermarket Purchasing and Director of Purchasing Strategy, Analytics & Electrification, managing global electric powertrain purchasing and supplier risk. Jonathan's earlier roles at Meritor included responsibilities in global commodity management, procurement strategy, and supplier development, contributing to significant savings and efficiency targets across multiple business units. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
