With a career spanning over 18 years at Cummins, they have held various positions in facilities and energy management, culminating in their current role as Director of ECO Efficiency, which they assumed in 2021. Laura has led initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impacts and managing budgets for critical sustainability projects. Previously, they contributed to energy efficiency goals and building standards as part of the Global Facilities Functional Excellence team. Prior to Cummins, Laura worked as a Plant Engineer at Ucar Carbon and GrafTech International.
