Laurie Roy

Laurie Roy, MHRM, CHRL, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Canada at Cummins Inc. since October 2013, Laurie's previous positions at the company include Vice President of Human Resources for the Eastern Canada Region and Human Resources Leader for the same region. Prior to Cummins, Laurie held managerial and specialist roles at Whole Foods Market, focusing on human resources and payroll. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management in International Management from The University of Lethbridge and a Master of Human Resource Management from York University.
