Matthew Henrichsen

Matthew Henrichsen, PhD MBA, is the Global Emission Compliance Leader for the Power Systems Business Unit at Cummins Inc. They have extensive experience in engineering leadership, successfully delivering new products across multiple countries, including China, the US, the EU, and India. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Cummins, including Product Planning Manager and Chief Scientist, where they managed large teams, negotiated contracts, and achieved significant cost reductions. Matthew earned a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
