Matthew Miller

Matthew Miller is a results-oriented Senior Operations Manager currently at Cummins Inc. with extensive experience in overseeing complex maintenance and operational tasks within the DOD nuclear sector. Previously, they served as the Maintenance and Quality Manager at NPTU Charleston, where they led a team of nuclear operators and achieved significant enhancements in preventive maintenance. From 2020 to 2023, Matthew was the Maintenance, Quality, and Operations Manager on the USS Albany, where they efficiently planned over 10,000 maintenance hours to minimize equipment downtime and generated substantial cost savings for the U.S. Government. Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College and multiple certifications related to nuclear propulsion and quality assurance training.
