Matthew Ruch is the New Power FP&A Director at Cummins Inc., where they have held various positions since 2016, including Financial Analyst and Senior Analyst roles. They previously completed internships at Intel Corporation and Bakerfield Solutions, focusing on financial analysis and enterprise performance management. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016 and recently obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2023. Additionally, they have experience in library services and catering, demonstrating a diverse skill set early in their career.
