Matthew Wodecki is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supplier management at Cummins Inc. since January 2013. Serving in various roles including Senior Sourcing Manager and Platform Team Manager for Technical Sourcing, Matthew has successfully led new product development efforts, established sourcing strategies, and managed supplier relationships to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries. Matthew's expertise also encompasses cost tracking, competitive quoting, and negotiations, along with a proven track record in implementing process improvements through 6 Sigma methodologies.
