They have extensive experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and project leadership, having worked with significant companies such as Westinghouse Electric Company, Abbott, and Motorola. Randy played a pivotal role in automating requirements management processes and supporting complex systems integration and development throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
