Randy Paul

Randy Paul is currently the Quality Director for North American Brake, Trailer, Aftermarket, and Reman at Cummins Inc. Since 2023, Randy has leveraged a wealth of experience in quality management, having previously held various leadership roles at Meritor from 2015 to 2018, including Manager of Global APQP and Quality Systems. Randy's career began at Meijer, where they served as Fashion Area Team Leader from 1994 to 1999. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Administrative Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Radio and Television Communications from Ohio University, alongside completing an Executive Presence and Persuasive Leadership program at Wharton Executive Education in 2022.
