Rick Thomas

Rick Thomas has extensive experience in engineering and computer support, beginning as an Engineering Technician at Cummins Inc. from October 1991 to February 2001, where responsibilities included designing custom power supplies, troubleshooting circuits, and managing ISO9000 documentation. From February 2001 to June 2016, Rick served as a Computer Support professional at Cummins Power Generation, providing level 2 support for over 1500 laptops and PCs and managing local computer support teams. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwestern Electronics Institute and an MCSE certification from North Hennepin Community College.
