Ron Hale is an innovative and results-driven engineering and business leader currently serving as the Director of Power System Advanced Technology Development at Cummins Inc. and the President of South Central Indiana MTB Composite Corp., a non-profit focused on promoting equity and inclusion in mountain biking for local youth. Previously, Ron held various leadership positions at Cummins Inc. from 2015 to 2017, including Director of Product Development and Systems Engineering Director for Electrified Vehicles. Ron earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and is pursuing an M.B.A. from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
