Ryan Hodge

Ryan Hodge is a seasoned professional in structural dynamics analysis, currently serving as a Structural Dynamics Analysis Technical Advisor at Cummins Inc. since June 2009. Throughout this tenure, Ryan has led large simulation projects, developed the Vibration Workgroup to enhance understanding of vibration fundamentals, and managed multibody dynamics analyses within the High Horsepower analysis team. Ryan has also contributed significantly to team development by organizing training sessions and has acted as the primary contact for engine program analysis tasks. Earlier experience includes roles as a Structural Analysis Engineer, performing standard structural analysis and conducting thesis research on bolted joint modeling methods. Ryan's academic credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Additionally, a brief position as a Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory involved creating finite element models and developing testing methods for dynamic characterization of materials.
